Food selection is pretty good, store is usually stocked well, employees are mostly friendly, but the prices are fairly steep, as you would expect i guess form a "natural" food store. Free WIFI in their sitting area is very appreciated!

In love with Co-Op! All the food is delicious! Great selection of items! From juice, meats, produce, snacks. Its always a pleasure to stop by. The customer service is hit & miss but the items make up for the bad encounters. Definitely a little pricey but its mostly organic and whole foods so you expect it.. but it is worth checking out. I recommend the burritos, sandwiches, salads, the buffet (most pricey), pizza & juice bar! The bean dip!!! I may stop by again today!

I've heard about the Sacramento Co-Op for some time now, but this weekend was the first time I've ventured to check it out. Nice Sports/Whole Foods vide, with fresh, in the sense of healthy and organic type of products. If you're looking for more health conscious products, then you're in the right spot it looks like. Walked around talking everything in, and made my way eventually to the Deli and and Juice and Smoothie section. Ended up ordering a Tropical Bliss smoothie (Banana, Mango Pineapple, Vanilla Cosmic Bliss (Vanilla flavored Coconut Water) and Orange Juice) with a Whey protein add-on. Smoothie was ready good and tasted flesh, and for someone who's not a fan of coconut. The coconut flavor was really light and worked with the more tropical citrus vibe of the drink. Would definitely get this that smoothie again. The Sac Co-Op also has their own Pachamama coffee spot inside which is pretty cool. Recently since making our own Espresso drinks at home, Pachamama has become our go-to spot. For an assortment of fresh coffee beans, so it's nice to see another location. We can visit when/if in the area.

I love coming here! Despite seeming expensive, their bulk section is a great deal. I am experimenting with sourdough starter, and I realized it's more economical to get my rye flour here (~2.75/lb) than to get it in a package ($5/lb from Bob's Red Mill). I also got a few scoops of dried rosemary leaves that only cost me ~$0.30, which makes up enough volume to fill more than half a spice jar. Also, bulk coffee. I left my grinder while traveling and have yet to retrieve it, but they have a good selection of bulk coffees to try next to a grinder machine. I decided to try the Pachamama Guatemala coffee and ground it so it would work with my single-serve coffee machine (left my Aeropress with my grinder), and the whole way home, my car was filled with the permeating scent of fresh coffee beans! You could tell that they have the new stuff in those bulk bins. I do want to talk about the rotisserie chicken, though. It's cool that they offer half chickens (I believe for $7.99) since I only buy for myself, but there was a weird aftertaste to it that I didn't really enjoy. Even when I made chicken stock with the leftover bones, I could taste it. However, I don't usually buy supermarket rotisserie chickens since I like to cook my own food, so your results may vary. I am a student that uses ebt and they have a discount program for ebt card holders where you get 10% off. You have to renew every 6 months, which is fine, although they had to do this twice for me for some reason. Anyway, I got my benefits stolen this month and they still honor the discount if you're using another card, which is super great! The cashiers I've interacted with are mostly nice, like some of the sweetest people you'd ever meet! (except for a classmate who I saw working here who seemed to want to avoid me lol) Don't be put off by the whole crunchy granola-ness of it all, there are great deals and sales for certain items if you know how to use them.
